Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We may change certain parts of the policy and upload the updated version to the website.We will notify our customers through our newsletter. If you are not subscribed to our newsletter, we are not responsible for notifying you.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently offer shipping outside of the contiguous 48 US States. Meaning we do not currently ship the Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Internationally.
- Orders only ship on Business Days, which are Monday - Friday.
- Orders currently cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders made before 2:59 P.M. MST will be processed and shipped that same business day.* Orders made after that time will be processed but not shipped until the next business day. Orders will be processed but not shipped on weekends or holidays. Holidays include: Christmas from Dec. 23 - 26, New Year's from Dec. 31 - Jan 1, and holidays our shipping carriers do not ship.
Example: If you made an order on a Friday at 3:00 P.M. MST, It will be processed but not shipped until the following Monday provided it is not a Holiday.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders will be processed and shipped within the following business days in the order that they were made. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Variable rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package as well as the distance of the shipping location.

^These Services provided by Kimura Anime are Available only to the Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan Area. Orders will be delivered that same day provided the order was made before 2:59 P.M. MST.
These estimated delivery times are based on when the orders have shipped, not when the orders were made.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur with any of these carriers. If they do and we are aware of it, we will contact you with the details via email or telephone. If we are not aware but you have been expecting a package for a while contact us at customersupport@kimuranime.com or visit the contact us page.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) along with a list of the items that have been shipped.
