It's OK To Change Your Mind.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 15 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus the original shipping costs.

As stated above, you have 15 business days to return the item(s) from the day you receive it. As of now, we only accept returns to the original form of payment not exchanges.

What items are eligible for returns?

To eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Items on sale on the website are not eligible for returns. Now if the items' box is damaged during shipping or the item(s) themself is damaged, then contact us at to resolve this issue.

What is the procedure for a return?

  1. Email us at stating you want to return your item(s) along with your order number located on the packaging slip inside the package. We will then email you back with a return shipping label you can print out and tape over the original shipping label on the box the item(s) came in.
  2. Make sure you keep the original packaging and box to return the item(s) along with the packaging slip. If you no longer have the original box(es) or packaging let us know.
  3. Once you have all of this, drop off the package(s) to the carrier facility on the return shipping label. Don't worry about paying for the label as we will cover the return shipping cost.
  4. Once we get the package(s), we will inspect it and process the return based on the condition of the item(s).

When and How do we receive our refunds?

Please allow time for the package(s) to get to us. We will email you when we have received the package(s). Also, it might take us 1-2 business days to process the return.

We only return your money back to your original form of payment. Once we authorize the refund, it usually takes 3-5 business days to be credited back to your account. All in all, it might take a little more than a week to receive your refund. If it takes longer then email us at so we can see what is going on and solve the problem.
